INTERNATIONAL CABERNET symposium 2010
On behalf of the Oakville Winegrowers Association, it gives me great pleasure to extend to you an invitation to join us in Oakville for an International Cabernet Symposium, June 28-July 2, 2010.
Three years ago, the grape growers and winemakers in Oakville recognized that there existed no forum or symposium dedicated solely to the exchange of technical information on the Cabernet Sauvignon grape and its family of wines.
Hosted by the CIVB, the Oakville Winegrowers traveled to Bordeaux in 2008 and enjoyed impressive technical presentations, and fascinating visits to many domains and chateaux. We are looking forward to returning the favor in 2010 as we welcome you to Napa Valley.
Now more than ever it is important for winemaking professionals to exchange information and knowledge in a setting which allows new relationships to develop and old relationships to flourish. The International Cabernet Symposium is dedicated to creating an environment where the finest wine producers in the world can meet and exchange ideas and best practices.
